Diagnosed hypertensive patient > 3 months
Systolic blood pressure 130-179 mmHg
No medicine adjustment > 1 month
Be able to measure and record salt concentration in food regularly
Informed consent form for clinical research
Pregnancy or lactation
Diagnosed ESRD
Medicine adjustment during the trial
Refuse or withdraw from the trial
Using diuretic drug within 2 weeks before urine measurement
Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg , diastolic blood pressure < 100 mmHg
Severe medical conditions such as hypotensive, kidney injury
Admitted in-hospital patient during the trial
