Inclusion Criteria
patients with impacted mesioangular mandibular wisdom teeth class B and C of Pell and Gregory classification
Growth of at least 1/2 to 2/3 of the wisdom tooth root
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with other than mesioangular depression and other Pell and Gregory classes
Continuous use of opioid and non-steroidal pain medications
The presence of any systemic disease
Allergy to bupivacaine or carbomer

Name Time Method Patient's post operation pain scale. Timepoint: measure pain in 2, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
