Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All care givers of Neurosurgery Patients more than 18yrs and less than and equal to 50 years of age.
- •2\.The Caregivers must have a smartphone/ tablet with internet facility and should be competent as well as willing to use an app as health care tool.
- •3\.Caregivers of Patients willing to provide written informed consent.
- •4\.Caregivers of patients of postoperative Aneurysm and Head injury going to discharge with status M5\-M6\.
- •5\.Caregiver spending more than 1 hour a day with patient
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. caregiver not willing to be the part of study.
- •2\. caregiver age less than 18 and more than 50
- •3\. caregivers of the patients with motor status less than M5
