Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All care givers of Neurosurgery Patients more than 18yrs and less than and equal to 50 years of age.
  • •2\.The Caregivers must have a smartphone/ tablet with internet facility and should be competent as well as willing to use an app as health care tool.
  • •3\.Caregivers of Patients willing to provide written informed consent.
  • •4\.Caregivers of patients of postoperative Aneurysm and Head injury going to discharge with status M5\-M6\.
  • •5\.Caregiver spending more than 1 hour a day with patient

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. caregiver not willing to be the part of study.
  • •2\. caregiver age less than 18 and more than 50
  • •3\. caregivers of the patients with motor status less than M5
