1.All care givers of Neurosurgery Patients more than 18yrs and less than and equal to 50 years of age.
2.The Caregivers must have a smartphone/ tablet with internet facility and should be competent as well as willing to use an app as health care tool.
3.Caregivers of Patients willing to provide written informed consent.
4.Caregivers of patients of postoperative Aneurysm and Head injury going to discharge with status M5-M6.
5.Caregiver spending more than 1 hour a day with patient
1. caregiver not willing to be the part of study.
2. caregiver age less than 18 and more than 50
3. caregivers of the patients with motor status less than M5

Name Time Method Care givers: experiences of caregivers, satisfaction with the instructions <br/ ><br>O.D: Score of Stress index; checklist based scoring of their procedures: <br/ ><br>Patients: SD: Symptoms Headaches, dizziness, loss of appetite etc. <br/ ><br>OD: Prevalence/incidence/scoring of Co-morbidities like: paralysis, motor weakness, communication problems, loss of bladder control, vision, bed sore, contracture, Neurosurgical quality of life assessment scale (SF36), ADL, IADL, GCS <br/ ><br>Timepoint: AT 3,6,12 MONTHS
