- •2.Patients with involvement of palms or soles or both palms and soles. (U/L or B/L)
- •3.Duration of disease > 6 weeks.
- •4.KOH negativity in U/L cases

- •1.Patients having active psoriasis elsewhere in body
- •2.Patients having characteristic nail findings of psoriasis

- •4.Clinically suspected or patch test positive cases of allergic contact dermatitis
