1. Patients with two or more clinical features of the following:
a) Pain in the lumbar region and the pain increased in forward bending
b) Radiating pain to buttocks and lower limbs
c) Stiffness in the lumbar region
d) Exacerbation of pain on movements
e) Tingling sensation (Numbness present in the lower limb)
2. Grade I & II - Degenerative condition in lumbar spine
3. Patients who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab
investigation.
4. Patient willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she will conscientiously stick
to the treatment during 48 days but can opt-out of the trail of his/her own conscious
discretion.
H/o Cardiac diseases
• H/o Autoimmune diseases
• H/o Renal Diseases
• H/o Spinal deformities
• H/o Ankylosing spondylitis
• Traumatic history of the spine
• Tuberculosis and other infections in the spine
• Pregnancy women and lactating mothers
• Patient with any other serious systemic illness
