1) Football Players
2) Male and Female
3) Age between 18-25 years
4) Normal player according to Asian BMI.
5) Participants should have at least 3 years of systematic football training with 3-4 training sessions weekly and 8 hour of football training per week
6) Ankle range of motion (ROM) should be at least 40° for plantarflexion and 30° for dorsiflexion.
7) Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) of ankle plantar flexors and dorsiflexors should be Grade-5.
8) Normal values for Single Leg Balance Test (SLBT).
1) Acute injury to lower limbs
2) History of fracture of lower limbs
3) Underweight or Overweight player according to Asian BMI.
4) History of surgery (ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy)
5) Any visual or hearing impairment
