Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women who has single viable fetus
No contraindication for amniocentesis
First time amniocentesis in life
No gross anomaly from ultrasound screening
All informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Skin allergy to cold temperature
History of ethyl chloride spray hypersensitivity
Had had analgesic drugs used 4 hours before procedure
Needed more than one attempt to success amniocentesis
