Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women between 15 and 20 weeks of gestation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Multifetal gestation
2. Severe congenital anomaly after sonographic detection
3. More than one attempt of needle insertion
4. History of cold urticaria
5. Known or suspected Raynaud phanomenon
6. Known or suspected skin infection at anterior abdominal wall
7. Psychiatric disease
8. Participants who declined to enroll in this study
