入选标准
- •? Non-head and neck tracheal intubation general anesthesia ;
- •? age = 18 years old ;
- •? American Society of Anesthesiologists ( ASA ) grade I – II ;
- •?no throat pain before operation ;
- •?surgical site had no effect on throat function ;
- •? Good exposure of laryngeal structure during intubation ( Cormack-Lehane grade I – II )
- •? Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.
排除标准
- •?Severe heart, liver and kidney diseases ;
- •?communication barriers ;
- •?Patients whose ear skin was not suitable for operation ;
- •?Emergency surgeon ;
- •?Patients with acute laryngitis, acute tonsillitis, acute epiglottitis, acute laryngitis, and laryngeal surgery, and postoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis ;
- •?Participation in other researchers
