Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients who were diagnosed with cleft lip and palate deformity and who had undergone secondary alveolar bone grafting surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, Prince of Songkla University Hospital from January 1, 2013, to March 31, 2023
2. Periapical radiographs were taken before and within 6 to 12 months after the surgery, with clear visualization of the tooth and alveolar bone characteristics

Exclusion Criteria

1. Incomplete medical records
2. Poor-quality radiographs unsuitable for analysis (e.g., marked lines or distortion)
