- •patients who underwent a splenectomy in the period 1995-2005 in the area of Utrecht and are older than 18 years
- •Patient who are (functional) asplenic because of sickle cell anemia, sferocytosis, ITP or a Hodgkin lymphoma and are older than 18 years
排除标准
- •-Patients who underwent a splenectomy in the period 1995-2005 in the area of Utrecht and are younger than 18 years.
- •-Patient who are (functional) asplenic because of sickle cell anemia, ITP, sferocytosis or a Hodgkin lymphoma who are younger than 18 years
- •-Patients who are unable to give informed consent
