Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Teachers who are actively involved in teaching with minimum of one\-year teaching experience during the time of data collection (both online and offline).
  • •Teachers who are involved in teaching more than 3 hours/day.
  • •Age range between 25 to 59 years.
  • •Teachers experiencing vocal fatigue symptoms based on Screening Index for Voice Disorders
  • •Must own a smartphone or computing device with internet connectivity.
  • •The electronic device should have specifications for the application to function

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Physical education teachers, music teachers and those who are involved in administrative work more than teaching.

  • •Teachers who are having any comorbid health conditions such as heart or pulmonary disease, asthma, recent head and neck surgery or suffering from neurological diseases.
  • •Teachers who have a history of voice problems due to organic voice disorders.
