Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Between 18 years \~60 years
- •2\. Failure to Remnant preservation procedure with more instability than pivot shift Grade II,
- •3\. Be diagnosed anterior cruciate ligament tear using MRI
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Degenerative change in Knee
- •2\.Revision surgery or previous other knee surgery
- •3\.RA or other chronic inflammatory arthritis
- •4\.open growth plate
- •5\.Other ligament instability, more than grade II instability (grade 0: ??, grade I: 0\~5mm, grade II: 5\~10mm, grade III: \>10mm)
- •6\. Inappropriate patient judged by reasercher.
