Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Maxillary posterior edentulous sites.
- •2\.Residual bone height ranging from 5\-8mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients having active sinus infection and inflammation.
- •2\.Patients undergoing radiation therapy.
- •3\.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases.
- •4\.Patients having severe bruxism or clenching habit.
- •5\.Patients with poor oral hygiene maintenance.
- •6\.Smokers.
- •7\.Pregnancy and lactation.
- •8\.Patients with tumors or pathologic growth in sinus.
