Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Maxillary posterior edentulous sites.
  • •2\.Residual bone height ranging from 5\-8mm.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients having active sinus infection and inflammation.
  • •2\.Patients undergoing radiation therapy.
  • •3\.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases.
  • •4\.Patients having severe bruxism or clenching habit.
  • •5\.Patients with poor oral hygiene maintenance.
  • •6\.Smokers.
  • •7\.Pregnancy and lactation.
  • •8\.Patients with tumors or pathologic growth in sinus.
