Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adults aged 18 and over
- •2\. Severe hypertension (systolic \>180 mmHg and/or diastolic \>110 mmHg)
- •3\. Referred for same\-day specialist review (for cases only)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pre\-existing renal replacement therapy
- •2\. Acute stroke
