Inclusion Criteria
age between 20—35 years old, unexplained infertility more than 1 year, normal semen analysis, normal ovulatory cycles (menstrual interval 24-35 days and biphasic basal temperature), normal hormonal assay (TSH, FSH, PRL) and normal hystrosalpingography.
Exclusion criteria: surgical history for infertility or endometriosis, oophorectomy, salpingectomy, history of PID (Pelvic Inflammation Disease) and women who received any treatment for endometriosis during the previous 3 months.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method ormal intrauterine pregnancy occurrence. Timepoint: Every 8 weeks during 9 months follow-up. Method of measurement: ß-HCG test; and If ß-HCG was positive, sonography will be performed for confirmation of normal intrauterine pregnancy. (Clinical pregnancy was defined by the visualization of an embryo with cardiac activity at 6-7 weeks of pregnancy).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Complications during or post operation such as: intestinal contusion, slight tear of the tubal serosa, vascular trauma, infection of wounds and hematomas and finally urinary tract infection. Timepoint: during or post operation. Method of measurement: Clinical examination and observation.
