The subjects of this study were the elderly aged 65 and over living in S Tower in Seoul. The inclusion criteria required that the participants had not received treatment or medication known to affect the mental status and body composition. The subjects of this study were selected only by a specialist who had no problems with the musculoskeletal system and who could walk on a treadmill. In other words, it was composed only of elderly people who could walk independently and live independently.
Exclusion criteria consisted of having a history of impairment of a major organ system or a psychological disorder. Participants who had or had been infected with the coronavirus or corona variant virus were also excluded from the study.
