Inclusion Criteria
- •1.All Renal transplant recipients except those with cadaveric renal grafts.
- •2.Patient is able to follow instructions
- •3.Patients are ready for regular follow up
- •4.Able to provide informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Cadaveric renal grafts.
- •2. Non-compliance with medical care or follow up.
- •3. Patient suffering from psychiatry problems.
- •4. Unable to give consent or patient refusal.
