入选标准
- •1 All the patients who will undergo orthopaedic spine(discectomy orlaminectomy) surgery will be included irrespective of age and gender
排除标准
- •1 Patients who had pre-existing infection.
- •2 Patients with hypersensitivity to the study drug
- •3 Patients who had taken antibiotic in the last two weeks prior to surgery
- •4 If surgery extends beyond 4 hrs or if intra op blood loss > 1500 ml patient will be excluded from study
