Inclusion Criteria
Periodontal Pocket Depth Greater than 5mm
Intrabony defect involving buccal aspect
Exclusion Criteria
1.Systemically compromised patients and those on medications that may interfere with wound healing.
2.Pregnant women and lactating mother.
3.Buccal defects in third molars.
4.Teeth with grade III mobility.
5.Teeth with incorrect endodontic treatment or restorative treatment.
