Development of Mealbox for Relieving Oxidative Stress in Korean Elderly with Metabolic Syndrome
- Conditions
- Endocrine, nutritional and metabolic disease
- Registration Number
- KCT0004549
- Lead Sponsor
- Yonsei University Health System, Gangnam Severance Hospital
- Brief Summary
Antioxidant rich dietary intervention for 4 weeks could reduce the state of oxidative stress and improve the components of MetS such as central obesity, hyperlipidemia and hypertension in Korean adults with MetS. These findings will provide the basic data to set up the dietary guidelines for MetS in Korean.
