Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Adult male and female less than the age of 70 over the twenty years old.
- •(2\) The patients and their families satisfied the revised Bethesda guideline 2004 version
- •(3\) patients and their families who diagnosed colorectal cancer with MSI positive or abnormal DNA repair protein or MMR gene mutation
- •(4\) Patients and their families who diagnosed with FAP or FAP subtype
- •(5\) Patients and their families who diagnosed with colon polyposis syndrome or polyposis syndrome suspect
- •(6\) Agree to paticipate the clinical trial
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) The medical condition that cannot perform the clinical trial
- •(2\) Disagree to the clnical trial
- •(3\) Patient who paticipate another clinical trial
