1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea and cold-damp stagnation syndrome;
2. Childless women aged 18-30 years;
3. The menstrual cycle is basically normal (28±7 days);
4. The course of disease is 6 months to 15 years;
5. The average pain level of 3 consecutive menstrual cycles (Pain VAS scale score) >= 40mm;
6. Be able to correctly describe my wishes, voluntarily fill in the informed consent form, and agree to participate in clinical subjects.
1. Combined with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, as well as mental patients, diabetes patients, and asthma patients;
2. Medical history and other examinations, other suspected diseases are not excluded;
3. Patients who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant;
4. Those who operate and detect the local skin of the acupoints with damage, scars, etc.;
5. According to the investigator's judgment, there are other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment (such as frequent changes in the working environment, unstable living environment, etc., which are likely to cause loss to follow-up).
