(1) meeting the diagnostic criteria of Poi;
(2) 18 to 40 years of age;
(3) no other treatment for 2 months before admission;
(4) patients participated in this study voluntarily and actively participated in the trial;
(5) signed consent form; Those who met the above 6 criteria were included in the study.
(1) congenital abnormalities of the reproductive organs; Polycystic Ovary Syndrome; Hyperprolactinaemia, pituitary or Hypothalamus Amenorrhea and thyroid dysfunction; congenital malformation of the reproductive organs and organic lesions;
(2) history of local ovarian surgery, for example, after ovariectomy, ovarian tumor operation, history of chemotherapy or pelvic radiotherapy, history of immunosuppressive therapy;
(3) complicated with serious diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoiesis system, nervous and mental system, diabetes and hypertension;
(4) could not tolerate blood or ultrasound examination and acupuncture treatment in the course of this study;
(5) failure to complete the total number of acupuncture treatments;
(6) refusal to sign the informed consent form;
