Inclusion Criteria
Children with polyarthritis below 16 years will be included in the study. The diagnosis of polyarthritis will be established by criteria laid down by International League Association for Rheumatology (ILAR)
Exclusion Criteria
Children with diarrhea, exposure to antibiotics, and history of regular curd consumption in the previous 6 weeks will be exempted from participating in the study.

Name Time Method To evaluate the effect of regular probiotic intake on the disease activity in juvenile idiopathic arthritis. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The disease activity will be assessed by using Juvenile Disease Activity Score 10 (JADAS10) at 6 weeks 10 weeks 16 weeks, and end of the study.

Name Time Method To evaluate the impact of regular probiotic intake on the gut microbiota <br/ ><br>in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Timepoint: Gut microbiota of 15 cases of juvenile idiopathic arthritis & 15 controls will be assessed at the beginning & end of the study (1st week & at 20 weeks) <br/ ><br>by metagenome sequencing of stool samples.
