Persons age between 18-40 years with PFPS ,ant knee pain at least since two months ago, have pain during at least two of these activities: going up and down stairs, squatting, kneeling, jumping, prolonged sitting, reported pain during touching lateral and medial surface of patella,gradual onset of symptoms without history of trauma or injury, positive patellae grind test
-Exclusion criteria:Knee joint pathologies such as meniscus or ligaments rupture, knee joint osteoarthritis, tendons problem,patellar subluxation or dislocation, bursitis inflammation around patella, pelica syndrome, sinding larsen and osgood schlatter disease. pain during patellar tendon or pesanserine tendons touching, referral pain from lumbar,hip or sacroiliac joint ,lower limb surgery, anti inflammatory drugs using, ankle knee or hip injury, neuromuscular and rheumatic diseases
