Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\. Patients with post\-polio syndrome diagnosed according to European Federation of the Neurological Societies (EFNS) guidelines (Farbu et al.,2006\) as diagnostic criteria.
•2\. Age of patients: 25\-80 years of any gender.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\. All other treatable conditions causing muscle fatigue and/or wasting
•2\. Myopathies of any other origin
•3\. Any other motor neuron disorders
•4\. Psychiatric disorders
•5\. Pregnancy and lactation
•6\. History/ family history of seizures
•7\. Cardiac pacemaker or any ferromagnetic metallic implants close to target of stimulation area
•8\. Acute eczema/bed sore under target of stimulation area
•9\. Ventilator dependent and tracheostomy patients
