Inclusion Criteria
Personnel working in the pre hospital emergency department (associate or bachelor of emergency medicine, nursing expert, intelligence expert, operating room expert)
At least one year of work experience in prehospital emergency department
No record of participating in retraining courses or educational workshops related to blood pressure management in 1401 and 1402
Exclusion Criteria
Dissatisfaction and unwillingness to continue working with the researcher at any stage of the study
Participating in hypertention pressure training courses in the last two years
