Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Personnel working in the pre hospital emergency department (associate or bachelor of emergency medicine, nursing expert, intelligence expert, operating room expert)
- •At least one year of work experience in prehospital emergency department
- •No record of participating in retraining courses or educational workshops related to blood pressure management in 1401 and 1402
Exclusion Criteria
- •Dissatisfaction and unwillingness to continue working with the researcher at any stage of the study
- •Participating in hypertention pressure training courses in the last two years
