- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Quantify trigeminal CGRP release in patients with headache under IIH, SVT, and SIH by measuring CGRP levels in tear fluid and plasma (and cerebrospinal fluid in IIH) compared with controll group.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method -correlation of CGRP level with CSF opening pressure in patients
IIH and correlation of CGRP level in CSF with CGRP level in tear fluid and serum in patients.
Level in tear fluid and serum in patients.
- Correlation of CGRP level (plasma, CSF, tear fluid) before and
after puncture in IIH patients
- Analysis of localization and extent of SVT compared to CGRP-
levels in tear fluid and serum.
