Inclusion Criteria
diagnosis OCD (ICD-10: F42)
- age: 18-70 years
- informed consent
- willing to take part in Metacognitive Training for OCD
- group ability (rating of practicioner)
Exclusion Criteria
- lifetime psychosis or affective-psychotic symptoms
- macroscopic brain alteration (diagnosis, organic brain incidents are assessed)
- substance addiction

Name Time Method Primary outcomes are the change in OCD symptoms assessed with the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) and the reduction of cognitive biases (OBQ-44) from baseline to post (4 weeks) and follow-up (6 months) assessment.

Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are the change in OCD symptoms measured be a self-rating (OCI-R), in depressive symptoms (PHQ-9), metacognitions (MCQ), life quality (EQD) from baseline to post/follow-up as well as a subjective appraisal of the training by the participants at post assessment.
