Inclusion Criteria
(1) an age of 18 years or older, (2) sufficient knowledge of German or English, (3) access to an Internet-enabled device, (4) flight background
Exclusion Criteria
(1) no signed consent form, (2) suicidality, measured by item 9 of the Patient Health Questionnaire (Kroenke et al., 2001), if primary care of the participant is not ensured (Note: In the event of suicidal tendencies, personal contact is initiated; participation in the study is only possible once primary care has been secured.
