Inclusion criteria for project:the child has a development delay;perform occupational therapy on him/her be necessary;Parents of children have no mental retardation.
Exclusion criteria for project:do not follow the treatment,not be resident of Ahvaz.

Name Time Method Increase nubemer of mothers' visits in order to follow up children's therapy. Timepoint: 6 month. Method of measurement: Observation, clinical examination and questionnaire.;Increase regularly visists of children in occupational therapy. Timepoint: 6 month. Method of measurement: Observation, clinical examination and questionnaire.;Doing regualr therapeutic exercises by mothers at home. Timepoint: 6 month.
