Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-Children age 1 to 7 years
  • •\-American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I \- II
  • •\-Undergoing elective unilateral open herniotomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Refuse regional block
  • •\-Allergy to local anesthetics
  • •\-Coagulopathy
  • •\-Severe liver or renal disease
  • •\-Infection at the injection area
  • •\-Neurological abnormality or developmental disability eg. attention deficit,
  • •cerebral palsy
