Inclusion Criteria
1. Noramal BMI volunteers for the GI testing without Family History of Diabetes
2.Overweight volunteers for the CGM study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any abnormal chronic conditions like CVD etc for both GI and CGM study
2. Overweight and obese participants for the Glycemic Index testing study
