Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai female and male healthy volunteers, No underlying disease.
2. Age between 18 - 45 years: Body mass index in the normal range (BMI 18.5 - 22.9 kg / m2).
3. Biochemical assessment and the laboratory values are normal

Exclusion Criteria

1. Volunteers were unable to meet the conditions in the research program such as beliefs, food consumption according to religion Certain foods Allergies to certain foods or vegetarians, etc.
2. Have a history of drinking alcohol, smoking and drug.
3. Female volunteers Pregnancy test.
