- •Paediatric patient undergoing elective meningomyelocoele surgery
排除标准
- •Parents not giving written informed consent
- •Patient having local infection at the puncture site
- •Patient with deranged coagulation profile
- •Allergic to bupivacaine
- •Patient with hydrocephalus
