Inclusion Criteria
1. Neonates born preterm between 27-34 weeks
2. Either gender.
3. Neonates developing RDS within first 7 days of life
4. Patients who would give written consent for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neonates with:
a. Life threatening congenital
malformations
b. Air Leak Syndromes
c. Birth Asphyxia
d. Meconium Aspiration
e. Severe IVH
2. Parents not giving valid consent.
