Nurses who have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing
Nurses who participate in direct care of the patient and perform peripheral catheter insertion
Exclusion Criteria
Nurses who do not participate in direct care of the patient
Nurses who do not perform peripheral catheter insertion

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The nurses' knowledge score was measured by using a questionnaire including 10 questions. Timepoint: Measuring the knowledge of nurses before the intervention, immediately and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a researcher-made questionnaire that contains 10 questions.;The Nurses' skill score was measured by using an observational checklist. Timepoint: Measuring the skill of nurses before the intervention, immediately and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a researcher-made checklist that contains 13 items.
