入选标准
- •1.Aged 55-80 years with ASA class of I-III scheduled to undergo primary unilateral elective TKA
- •2.Gave informed consent to participate
- •3.non DM patient
- •4.body mass index of 18 -40 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1.Cognitive functional impairment
- •2.Contraindication for neuraxial anesthesia and peripheral anesthesia
- •3.Severe kidney or liver disease
- •4.Allergic to or contraindication for any of the study drugs
- •5.Chronic opioid use
- •6.Receive systemic steroid within 3 months before surgery
