Inclusion Criteria
1.Aged 55-80 years with ASA class of I-III scheduled to undergo primary unilateral elective TKA
2.Gave informed consent to participate
3.non DM patient
4.body mass index of 18 -40 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Cognitive functional impairment
2.Contraindication for neuraxial anesthesia and peripheral anesthesia
3.Severe kidney or liver disease
4.Allergic to or contraindication for any of the study drugs
5.Chronic opioid use
6.Receive systemic steroid within 3 months before surgery
