Criteria for admission and discharge of depression
? Inclusion criteria
1) Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender.
2) Diagnostic manual of depression (dsm-5);
3) It is consistent with the diagnosis of madness and depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine;
4) All vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness and certain expression ability;
5) Primary school education or above, and be able to understand the evaluation content of the scale;
6) Understand and voluntarily participate in this study. I and my family signed the informed consent form.
Inclusion criteria of patients with bipolar disorder
? Inclusion criteria
1) Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender.
2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of bipolar disorder in American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental diseases, 5th Edition (dsm-5);
3) It is consistent with the diagnosis of madness and depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine;
4) All vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness and certain expression ability;
5) Primary school education or above, and be able to understand the evaluation content of the scale;
6) Understand and voluntarily participate in this study. I and my family signed the informed consent form.
Admission and discharge criteria of normal control group
? Inclusion criteria
1) Diagnosed as disease-free by two deputy directors and above doctors;
2) Two lineages and three generations of relatives without history of mental illness;
3) Age and sex were matched with the other two groups;
4) All vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness and certain expression ability;
5) Primary school education or above, and be able to understand the evaluation content of the scale;
6) Understand and voluntarily participate in this study. I and my family signed the informed consent form.
1) Past or present history of chronic severe physical diseases;
2) Unstable vital signs;
3) Severe aphasia, agnosia and inability to communicate;
4) Previous or present organic mental disorder, or caused by psychoactive substances and non addictive substances;
5) Combined with other types of mental disorders, such as schizophrenia;
6) The researchers considered it unsuitable for inclusion.
