unrestricted resilience (no intolerances to supplements, no injuries, no diseases of the cardiovascular-pulmonary system), cycling experience
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic cardiac and pulmonary problems; prolonged injuries that affect performance.

Name Time Method Athletic power (W/kg) on the cycle ergometer during a 20-minute time trial. Power was measured on 19 dates using Cyclus2 ergometer (01.2022 - 07.2022)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Change in body weight: regular measurement via BIA.<br>- Weekly measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and resting heart rate<br>- Weekly measurement of the recovery and stress state of an athlete by means of the Short Recovery and Stress Scale<br>- Weekly spiroergometry (average and maximum heart rate, respiratory quotient, and oxygen (ml) and carbon dioxide (ml) volume)<br>- Weekly measurement of subjective sense of exertion (Borg scale).<br>- Weekly measurement of submaximal performance using the Physical Work Capacity Test (PWC150).
