Participants of age between 18 and 75 years, mother tongue is Croatian, best corrected visual acuity 0.6 or worse in the better eye, absence of cognitive or hearing impairment, absence of motion impairment, negative history of laser or incisional eye surgery during the preceding three months
Participants affected by more than one eye disease, serious mental or major systemic disease affecting quality of life, having non-vision related eye disease, visual loss to the level of light perception and/or projection or participants who are completely blind (no light perception).

Name Time Method The primary outcome of the study is to develop and test the validity and reliability of the Croatian version of the National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25 among participants with chronic eye diseases.
