Title
A Controlled Clinical Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Dhanayak Gokshura
Ghrita in the Management of Pittaja Mutrakrichhra W.S.R.to Sadaha
Mutrapravrutti.
Study Design
According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 62 patients will be selected and randomly
divided into two groups.Group A (Intervention Group)
31 patients will be Treated with Dhanayak Gokshura Ghrita twice daily for 07 days
Group B (Control Group)
31 patients will be Treated with Disodium Hydrogen Citrate Syrup twice daily for 07 days

1 year and 6 months

入选标准
- •Patients having classical symptoms of Pittaja Mutrakrichhra with sadaha mutrapravrutti.
- •Aged between 18 to 60 years.
排除标准
- •Renal diseases, obstructive uropathy, urolithiasis,urinary tract malignancies that complicates UTI management.
- •Patient having any systemic disorder interfering with the treatment will be excluded.
- •Any congenital abnormality of urinary tract.
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •Patients currently on antibiotic treatment or other medications for UTI.
- •Immunocompromised patients, such as those with HIV or other chronic immunosuppressive conditions.
