Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Presentation with symptomatic lumbar radicular pain
- •Imaging findings of a lumbar intervertebral disc pathology compatible with pain syndrome
- •Sever lumbar radicular pain more than lumbar axial pain
- •Presentation with a VAS of \>4
- •Protruded and extruded disc at one or two level at lumbar region
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severe allergy to injectants
- •History of spine surgery
- •Spinal instability
- •Spinal stenosis or degenerative spondylolisthesis
- •Infection on the spine
- •Timor or Timor metastasis in the involved spinal area
- •Sequestrated disc
- •Severe flavum hypertrophy
