Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Presentation with symptomatic lumbar radicular pain
  • •Imaging findings of a lumbar intervertebral disc pathology compatible with pain syndrome
  • •Sever lumbar radicular pain more than lumbar axial pain
  • •Presentation with a VAS of \>4
  • •Protruded and extruded disc at one or two level at lumbar region

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Severe allergy to injectants
  • •History of spine surgery
  • •Spinal instability
  • •Spinal stenosis or degenerative spondylolisthesis
  • •Infection on the spine
  • •Timor or Timor metastasis in the involved spinal area
  • •Sequestrated disc
  • •Severe flavum hypertrophy
