Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women aged 18-38 are candidates for elective caesarean section and have undergone spinal anesthesia for the operation.
Exclusion Criteria
Absence or withdrawal of consent, coagulation disorders, abuse of narcotics and sedatives, history of allergy and drug reaction to the studied drugs, severe mental disorders, conversion of spinal anesthesia to general anesthesia.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Timepoint: It will be done 1 hour later, 6, 12 and 24 hours later. Method of measurement: (0 = no pain and 10 = worst imaginable pain) is measured.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Mean arterial blood pressure (MAP). Timepoint: It will be done at time zero, 1 hour later, 6, 12 and 24 hours later. Method of measurement: Reading from the monitoring device.;Heart beat. Timepoint: It will be done at time zero, 1 hour later, 6, 12 and 24 hours later. Method of measurement: Reading from the monitoring device.;Arterial blood oxygen. Timepoint: It will be done at time zero, 1 hour later, 6, 12 and 24 hours later.
