Adult patients with a musculoskeletal tumor who are being treated surgically at the Heidelberg University Hospital are included in the study.
Age under 18 years
• Inability to consent
• Known intolerance to SonoVue® or other ultrasound contrast media.
• Severe heart failure (NYHA III and IV), right-to-left shunt in the heart, uncontrollable high blood pressure.
• Severe pulmonary disease, particularly severe obstructive pulmonary disease, ARDS and severe pulmonary arterial hypertension.
• Myocardial infarction within the last 14 days.
• Disorders of the galactose metabolism (galactosemia).
• Pregnancy and breast feeding period.
• Lack of informed consent or refusal to participate.
