Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •140 ASA grade I\-III female patients of age \> 18 yrs with adequate communicating skills scheduled to undergo modified radical mastectomy for Ca breast will be enrolled in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •patientâ??s refusal, BMI \> 35kg/m2, coagulopathies, allergy to study drugs, peripheral neuropathy and or inability to answer pain questionnaires.
