Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To assess the changes in levels of microRNAs implicated in epilepsy after a 12 week yoga-meditation based intervention as compared to a sham yoga protocolTimepoint: baseline, 8 weeks, 12 weeks
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To evaluate the efficacy of these intervention modules in decreasing neuro-psychological comorbidity as assessed by Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 (GAD-7), Patient Health

Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Quality of Life (QoLIE-10)Timepoint: Baseline, 12 weeks, 6 months; To evaluate the efficacy of these interventions in improving electroencephalographic, namely spectral intensity as recorded by a high-density (128

channel) EEG.Timepoint: Baseline, 12 weeks; To evaluate the efficacy of these interventions in reducing the seizure frequency and severity as

recorded on a seizure diaryTimepoint: Baseline, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months
