Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing neck dissection with curative intent for head and neck cancer.
2. Patients consenting to participate in the study.
3. Age more than 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing redo neck dissections.
2. Patients with history of prior neck irradiation.
3. Any congenital anomalies in the neck.
