Inclusion Criteria
The patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical class I to III, aged 18 to 75, have the myofascial pain syndrome of the shoulder and neck
Exclusion Criteria
The patients who have the contraindication of local anesthesia( respiratory and cardiac disease, peripheral neuritis, coagulation disorder) and have the history of head and neck surgery or cervical disorder such as cervical lymphademitis
